MF Books

In the tradition of great American personality-driven publishing lists – think Judith Regan, Nan A. Talese and Karen Hunter – at the end of 2012, Jacana Media, SA’s most innovative publishing house, created a platform for maverick publisher Melinda Ferguson to grow a new and exciting list of titles: MFBooks Joburg.

Award-winning journo and best-selling author of her powerful memoirs Smacked (2005), Hooked (2010) and Crashed (2015), Melinda Ferguson has drawn on her diverse experiences and connections to create a vibrant, sometimes controversial and often ground-breaking list of new South African non-fiction.
